Why this record matters

Records like this are expected to go to the young. Let's change that.

People expect world records around strength to be broken by younger generations. We're here to show the world that adults 50 and over are strong, capable, and that life after 50 is still full of possibility.

You don't need to be an athlete. You just need to show up, move with us, and be counted.

Strength has no age limit. On November 15, we prove it together.

More than a record

Breaking a record. Breaking down barriers.

This is also a fundraiser. Too many adults over 50 don't have access to the programs, coaching and community that keep them strong. Every registration and every dollar raised on November 15 goes toward changing that.

Under 50? Join us as a supporter

Everyone is welcome. If you're under 50, your role on November 15 is to stand with adults 50+ and champion our mission: making fitness accessible for every adult over 50. Your registration and your presence directly support that cause.
